One day. One wardrobe.
The clothes that work at the office do not work on the road. The clothes that work on the road do not look like something you lead a meeting in. We solve it in the weave instead of in the wardrobe.

Frans & Fest
Four garments, one window. The New Year collection is deliberately small and deliberately heavy on accessories.
The material
We measure before we claim
The cut, the proportion and the choice of material come out of a tradition that measures before it claims. That is why every figure we write can be backed up, and why every product page has a table where the claim stands next to its evidence.
Moisture transport, UPF, temperature buffering and crease resistance sit in the fabric and not in a battery. That survives washing, customs and ten years. A battery changes regulation, not just component.

The name is the strategy
Frans means fringe.
FRANS is the Swedish form of Franciscus. It is also the Swedish word for the finish on a scarf, the handmade detail that shows somebody wove something. ANDRÉ is the Latin half. Two names, one person, two worlds.
That is why the first product is a scarf, why the fringe is our signature instead of a logo at chest height, and why a single saffron thread runs through an otherwise Nordic construction. Those who know, know.

A uniform for changing roles
A uniform for someone who changes role several times a day.
Archipelago and Cartagena
Archipelago and Cartagena. The same garments, two latitudes.
Movement and recovery
Movement and recovery. Training and Home & Comfort in one language of form.

Three people on the rock at 59 degrees north, in low evening light. The North is horizontal and drained of colour. Colombia is vertical and saturated. That is not a metaphor but a literal description of two landscapes, and it is why the fusion works: they do not compete for the same formal element. Read the full argument.
